Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Provide attentive guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Serve food and beverages in the hotel restaurant or bar, maintaining high standards of hospitality Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Manage reservations and guest requests efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, ensuring a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant and hotel operations Uphold all safety and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse guests Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Hospitality or hotel experience is highly desirable Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays if required
