Tasks
---------Supervise staff Train staff Advise on wine selection and serve wine Balance and deposit cash Hire and dismiss staff Schedule staff Liaise between chefs and customers Order and receive liquor and other supplies and maintain inventories Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas Address customers' complaints or concerns Answer customers' questions regarding menu items and preparation methods Assist clients/guests with special needs Attend to seating arrangements for large groups Greet customers Provide general information on community services Receive customers' reservations and assign tables
