Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one / small group tutoring to students.
- Assess student's academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students' academic success
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Experience:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous tutoring experience is preferred
- Familiarity with classroom teaching methods and curriculum
- Ability to educate and engage students of different ages and learning styles
