Math Tutor
Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Math Tutor to join our team and provide educational support to Grade 11 and above students of OSSD. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in one- to -one and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Educate students on Grade 11-12 Math through one-on-one tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student
- Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to track progress and address concerns
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
Skills
- At least 2 years of Math Tutoring experience is preferred
- Ability to effectively educate and engage with students
- Experience working with high school students
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in tutoring techniques and methodologies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
