Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to join our team and provide academic support to students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.

Part time 4-8 hrs per week.

Duties

- Create individualized lesson plans based on students' needs

- Assist students in understanding difficult concepts in various subjects such as Math, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Geometry, Algebra etc.

- Provide guidance and support in homework assignments and test preparation

- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning

- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Skills

- Proficiency in computer use to aid in teaching and learning

- Experience working with children or in educational settings.

- Strong knowledge in subjects like Math, Physics or Chemistry.

- Ability to effectively communicate and educate students of different learning styles

- Previous tutoring experience is a plus

- Classroom management skills

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per month
