Welcome to Luke's Tailored Tutoring, a proud Canadian-owned and operated tutoring company since 2011. We tutor students from K-Post-Secondary and adults looking to advance their knowledge. We Specialize in Math, Science, Languages, Finance, and Computer Technology.
Luke's Tailored Tutoring is a growing tutoring company for tutors to grow with us. This is a perfect opportunity for new teacher graduates who are OCT Certified and want to begin gaining valuable teaching experience. We will act as a reference for you to the school boards and write a reference letter for you. Sessions are completed at the local library of the student within the GTA.
We are looking for Academic Math Tutors for grades 6-12 Math.
Requirements for tutors
:1. Facilitate tutoring programs
2. Revise/update overall tutoring programs and specific modules, prepare materials for each program
3. Assess students after tutoring
4. Maintain knowledge/skills to effectively design/facilitate training materials and programs
5. Complete other responsibilities/tasks as assigned, e.g., Support Instructor's Conference, etc.
Qualifications
:Completing/completed bachelor's degree or diploma in the respective subject area 1-2 years of tutoring experience Intermediate level of analytical, project/process management, computer/technical, oral and written communication skills, and knowledge of learning and development best practices.
