Ryzuk Geotechnical is currently seeking a Materials Technician for our CCIL certified Laboratory!

Ryzuk Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing is a leading geotechnical engineering firm on Vancouver Island, in high demand for providing innovative geotechnical/materials solutions and quality service. Qualifications:

Comfortable and familiar with construction sites Valid British Columbia drivers license High school diploma Basic computer skills including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly Good communication and customer service skills CCIL certified is an asset but we will train for the right candidate

On the job training will be provided to the right candidate!

Responsibilities will include:

Concrete and grout testing Breaking and stripping of concrete cylinders Miscellaneous lab duties as they arise
