Role Impact:

As a Material Handler / Order Picker at Fable, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, flow, and organization of our inventory while supporting customer order fulfillment. You will be responsible for unloading inbound shipments, replenishing stock, and picking customer orders with precision. Your skills operating high reach equipment, commitment to inventory accuracy, and proactive mindset will directly support our mission to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate high reach equipment to store, retrieve, and replenish inventory in racking systems Accurately pick and stage customer orders with speed and attention to detail Unload inbound shipments, verify products against packing slips and purchase orders, and report discrepancies Perform regular cycle counts and support inventory reconciliations to ensure system accuracy Organize and rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO best practices to maintain product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace using 5S methodology Collaborate with the team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Support other warehouse tasks as assigned Work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet business demand

Qualifications:

3+ years of proven warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience (required)

High Reach certification (required)

Forklift and walkie certification preferred First Aid certification considered an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy Understanding of 5S and a continuous improvement mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic A collaborative team player who values accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction Availability to work overtime during peak periods
