Job Overview:

As an Order Picker/Material Handler at our custom stair manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products. You will be responsible for picking orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Order Picking & Fulfillment:

Accurately pick and prepare orders based on work orders, shipping lists, or customer requirements. Verify product counts, labels, and specifications to ensure order accuracy. Package and stage materials for shipment or internal delivery.
Material Handling & Inventory Control:

Maintain organized storage of materials to optimize space and accessibility. Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
Warehouse & Production Support:

Keep work areas clean and free of hazards, following safety protocols. Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or supply shortages to supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in tasks and assignments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Pay: $22.16-$25.93 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
