Position Overview:

The

Labor and Material Handler

plays a key role in supporting production flow within our fast-paced industrial coating facility. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and ready to learn. Experience is preferred but not required.

Core Responsibilities:

Support production by staging, handling, and moving materials Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist in maintaining a safe work environment in coordination with the OHC Communicate effectively with Team Leads, Supervisors, and Management Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and team updates Support other departments as required to meet production demands
Tools & Equipment Used:

Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe work boots Knives, pliers, compressed air tools Grinders, sanders, pallet jacks (manual and powered) Hanging systems: hooks, chains, and hoists Burn-off oven, banders, and banding equipment Hard hats and other PPE as required
