Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure parts are moved to the proper locations within the facilities Assist in the staging and kitting of jobs as required Co-ordinate the movement of inventory throughout the plants Help maintain a neat and organized shop and yard. Receiving of inventory as required Assist Shipping and Receiving in the loading and unloading of trucks when required Receiving and entering product into Visual. Any additional duties as required by Supervisor. Follow all Occupational Health & Safety Regulations and Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12 diploma, or equivalent

Required Skills & Expertise:

You have at least 3-5 years previous work-related experience in the same or related industry. Must have forklift experience in sit down propane counterbalance and stand-up reach Valid drivers Permit Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an asset Lifting up-to 50lbs manually

Physical Demands:

Sitting for long periods of time Frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally required to balance and stoop, kneel, crouch Use of hands to reach, squeeze or move items.

Primary Responsibilities:

Fit, Weld, and Finish all assigned orders with accuracy. Perform tacking and burning duties as required. Ensure all parts are prefabricated correctly to meet customer specifications and fit as required keeping in mind consumables and tolerances Work independently or as a team member Work from complex drawings; perform all layouts, fitting and assembly of intricate fabrications and parts Initiate and continually strive for maximum production efficiency and attention to detail. Perform layout and fit-up checks Exhibit the knowledge, skills and ability to make weldments with or without prefabricated parts. Work in a safe manner by following all Occupational Health & Safety Regulations, Company Policies and Procedures Perform other duties as defined and assigned by department supervisor, or lead hand. Comply and perform all duties with the organizational set of standards. Maintain a clean and organized working area. Upon completion of assigned work ensure adequate clean up and inspection of all weldments and fabricated parts as required.

Educational Requirements:

Grade Twelve education or equivalent. Strong Math Skills must be able to apply measuring and testing equipment required for the job. Welding ability must meet accurate and detailed work requirements and guidelines.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Ability to operate torch cutting, grinding equipment, and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment. Ability to pass all weld tests including AWS Weld Test (Flat / Horizontal Fillets & Groove) on a variety of selected materials. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to read understands and interpret blueprints.

Equipment/ Tools/ Technology Used:

Overhead Crane Training and experience with other lifting equipment.
