Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of matcha beverages with precision and care. Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring that all items meet quality standards. Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products served. Comfortable performing mobile/on-site services as needed, such as events or catering setups. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A team player who is willing to collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction. Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
