What You'll Do:
- Master the art of our manual espresso machine, whipping up lattes, cappuccinos, matchas and everything in between like a true barista magician.
- Adapt on the fly as our menu evolves and customer cravings change--no two days will be the same!
- Bring a positive attitude and a flair for conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
- Collaborate with our team to keep the cafe buzzing and the energy high.
- Keep our workspace tidy and ensure every cup is a masterpiece.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a barista, with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and manual espresso machines.
- Quick thinker with the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to share that love with others.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor--let's make our customers feel like family!
