Located on the Cheakamus river in the most beautiful pocket of BC, Fergie's Cafe in Squamish is actively recruiting experienced baristas.

BARISTA ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dial-in the grinders

to match recipes and standards of quality Maintain a

clean and organized

workstation

Follow recipes

and portion controls accurately

Collaborate

with team members to ensure

timely and efficient service

Adhere to all

food safety

and sanitation guidelines Organize and

complete daily prep lists

Set up and stock stations

with all necessary supplies (mise-en-place) Maintain a

positive & professional approach

with coworkers and restaurant guests. We like to have fun and work hard! Report to and

follow instructions

from the FOH leaders

Clean up stations, replenish

and take care of leftover food correctly Complete

day to day cleaning tasks

deep cleaning

Help your teammates out

Take any FOH role
