Master Trainer
\xe2\x97\x8f Provides effective training and education to elevate the field team\'s skills and service experience to support the brand\xe2\x80\x99s signature service in order to drive sales.
\xe2\x97\x8f Educates and inspires in-store teams by participating in workshops, in-store events, education seminars, master classes, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Leads by example to train teams on product and selling techniques. Develops new creative ways to sell and demonstrate products to work in stores to promote sell through.
\xe2\x97\x8f Supports field events and represents the company at events and conferences
\xe2\x97\x8f Executes and follows up on the education content created to ensure consistency and skill.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for providing sales and training feedback, education results and other metrics to gauge effectiveness of training and accountability.
\xe2\x97\x8f Participates in and attends all mandatory Brand Training, National, and Regional Meetings to lead education demonstrations. May facilitate and lead the Training segment in the regional meetings.
\xe2\x97\x8f Supports other retailer requests such as Master Classes, headliner events within the region, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be open to receive constructive and specific feedback to improve skill, evolve the needs of the brand and further develop as a professional.
\xe2\x97\x8f Supports and facilitates key retailer specific trainings
\xe2\x97\x8f Supports product, marketing campaigns, and events
\xe2\x97\x8f Participates in Regional Team conference calls to provide partnership and create solutions to address business needs around education and events to drive sales.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for leading and facilitating in-person and video learning sessions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Will review global training content and make appropriate recommendations based on knowledge of the local market.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with the partner managers in market to align on common goals and meet with partners directly (as needed) to help execute programs and initiatives
\xe2\x97\x8f Establishes strong store relationships with National Field Manager (NFM, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Store Associates and Coordinators in the field within their market to gain a better understanding of the business needs.

Requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 5+ years in Sales, Training and Education in the Consumer Electronics Industry
\xe2\x97\x8f Preferred 2+ years in a teaching capacity or in a relevant educational position, with in-depth knowledge of teaching methods
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop a team through feedback and hands on engagement
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results.
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be open to receiving feedback and have a solutions-oriented approach
\xe2\x97\x8f Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e.: verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in G-Suite and Android platform preferred.
\xe2\x97\x8f Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in project/program management and comfortable meeting deadlines and ensuring projects are a success
