We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Masseur/Masseuse to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including foot reflexology, deep tissue, and relaxation massage. Conduct client consultations to assess their specific concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices. Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and progress notes. Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry standards, and continuing education opportunities.

Experience

Applicants must possess relevant work experience or formal training in massage techniques. While a RMT is not required for this position, candidates are expected to demonstrate strong foundational skills, professionalism, and a clear understanding of proper massage practices. Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically.

Compensation
