Blush MediSpa Castlegar is expanding our team and has fully equipped, private treatment rooms available for licensed, passionate wellness professionals who want to join a growing, positive, community-focused clinic.

We provide a professional, high-traffic medical spa environment with strong brand equity, local visibility, and a supportive management team -- allowing you to focus on your craft while we handle the rest.

COMPENSATION OPTIONS:

Room Rental

Ideal for experienced practitioners with their own clientele Competitive weekly or monthly rates 6- or 12-month agreements available Use your own booking system or ours
Commission Split

Great for providers looking to grow We handle advertising, booking, staff, and admin Tiered commissions available based on sales & services
Hybrid Model

Reduced rent + partial commission Flexibility for new or scaling providers
