Requirements

RMT Student currently enrolled in an accredited massage therapy program

or

a certified Body Worker (Non-RMT). Knowledge of fundamental massage techniques and modalities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality massages tailored to each client's needs and goals. Conduct brief assessments to understand client history and treatment objectives (within your scope of practice). Perform safe and effective massage techniques to reduce pain, tension, and stress. Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment space at all times. Follow all professional standards and stay within the permitted scope for Body Workers / RMT Students in BC.

Compensation & Support

Full reception support provided by our office manager (booking, calls, billing assistance). Jane software used for all online charting, scheduling, and payments. Strong existing client base offering consistent booking opportunities. A great environment for RMT students to gain experience and build client loyalty before becoming licensed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal, Casual

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
