We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. Must have valid drivers license. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for construction and renovation projects. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to assist in building, restoring, and renovating structures according to project specifications. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the construction, restoration, and renovation of buildings and other structures.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform various tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps in structures for improved durability.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment.
Experience
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is a benefit.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks.
