Job Description


Marketing & Media Maintaining the Company website; Web Development/ Web Design

  • Adding new pages and sections;
  • Making sure content is up-to-date and troubleshooting code and design inefficiencies;
  • Adding and Updating Media Releases in a coordinated effort with our Marketing team;
  • Ongoing communications with Pixelgems (webhost) regarding website detail.
Google Analytics \xe2\x80\x94 Set up on all web pages, Correlate results with donations, marketing & media. Online Express \xe2\x80\x94 this is the backend-intersection of the Database and the Online Donation Form; Maintain and connect Database resources and content with our online donation forms (requires an understanding of the Database and Web Design). Graphic Design
  • Utilize Adobe Products: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to meet the ends of the Marketing Team\xe2\x80\x99s projects;
Social Media Integration
  • Integrating Social Media plug-ins into our website, to further our reach.
Skill Set Required or Expected to have: HTML5 CSS3 / SASS JavaScript / jQuery WordPress / PHP Ajax / GitHub Gulp Photoshop Illustrator Dreamweaver Raiser Edge Mailchimp Experience in using social marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:

  • 4 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • Graphic design: 3 years (preferred)
