We're seeking a bright, motivated, and tech-savvy

Marketing & Systems Manager

to operationalize our marketing vision, streamline our systems, and help us expand our impact. This is a part-time, flexible subcontractor role ideal for someone who loves blending marketing creativity with systems thinking and technology.

What You'll Do

Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, Google Ads, and community events. Manage our mailing lists, automations, and newsletters (Squarespace). Maintain and optimize our

Squarespace website

for SEO, content, and performance. Support the development and promotion of programs, workshops, and upcoming book campaigns. Track analytics and report on marketing performance. Streamline practice systems and workflows (intake, scheduling, follow up, automations, etc.). Provide light tech support (Google Workspace, Squarespace, Bigin, integrations). Collaborate with the Founder on marketing direction and bring fresh ideas to enhance brand reach.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or operation

(experience in health, education, or wellness is an asset). Proficiency with Squarespace, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, Begin and Canva. Comfort with automation platforms (Flodesk, Zapier, or similar). Excellent writing, design, and organization skills. Tech confidence and curiosity -- you enjoy problem-solving and improving systems. A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and not only aligns with our mission to support children and families, but truly understands the struggles parents face

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
