This role is part of the National Business Development Support team in Toronto or Montreal.We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will help support the execution of various initiatives within our team of strategists. You will be responsible for organizing and managing events, leading or supporting webcast production, managing Continuing Education (CE) credits, and specialize in brand guidelines and graphic design. You are also eager to learn the life and health insurance industry and need for B2B focused marketing. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders working in other fields, as a result; Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:Have an affinity for unique and modern B2B marketing strategies to break the barriers of what is being done in the industry.Protect the Desjardins brandFamiliarize yourself with internal approval guidelines: compliance, legal, brand and public relationsSupport and/or lead specialized development projects, initiatives and activities that impact Life & Health Insurance business development and Product and Advance Case.Support partners and team members to help them position, plan, develop, execute, and monitor strategic marketing projects and initiativesProvide technical support for projects, complex operational issues, event logistics, and the production of advertising and promotional materials and technical estimates.
