About the Value Acceleration Team

The TELUS Consumer Mobility Value Acceleration team is a highly collaborative and creative group, driving strategic upsell and cross-sell programs to create positive revenue growth from TELUS\' Consumer Mobility customer base.

The successful candidate in this role will support the execution and enablement of 1:1 marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase adoption of mobility add-on products and services, such as extended warranties or streaming packages. Note that our team operates in Eastern Time.

About the role

TELUS Consumer Mobility Marketing is looking for a dynamic, high-energy, results-oriented team member for the role of Marketing Specialist, Adjacent Products within the Value Acceleration Team. This Marketing Specialist will connect our customers with the latest connectable tech and services, educating customers on product benefits and driving adoption through base marketing campaigns.

What you\'ll be responsible for

• Owning product attach KPIs end-to-end, and driving product adoption with base marketing campaigns
• Tracking and measuring performance; identifying new opportunities and course-correcting based on performance data
• Acting on results and trends: what\'s working, what we should be doing differently, pricing and product insights, as well as competitive trends
• Working with product and pricing managers to secure special offers and evolve our offerings
• Working with channel partners to stay on top of customer feedback and enable sales

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

• Experience running a base marketing campaign through multiple channels
• Well-developed analytical skills; the ability to work with data to make decisions
• Outstanding critical thinking, planning, and prioritization competencies
• Strong relationship and negotiation skills and the ability to obtain buy-in from partners
• You are transparent, reliable and have a positive attitude
