About Us



Tality Wellnessis the premiere sauna/cold plunge franchise in BC (soon to be Alberta as well) - and as we grow we are seeking a highly organized, talented, and passionate marketing manager to oversee our comprehensive marketing strategy. Tality is made up of young, ambitious, high achievers who live the health/wellness lifestyle (no yoga teacher training required). We're all about appreciating the challenge, and creating an abundant experience for our guests.

About You



The ideal candidate understands the demands of working in a start-up-esque environment, balancing structure and organization with flexibility and spontaneity to respond in a fast-paced environment. They LOVE seeing a creative vision come to life, yet they also have the organizational skills to 'land the plane'. They also thrive when they get to be a 'swiss army knife' - able to fill the gaps, solve problems, and build systems with limited oversight. That said, they also know when to reach out for help and push their leadership team for more guidance, training, or support.

This role requires a blend of artistic talent, executive skills, and a deep understanding of market trends to create innovative (never bland) marketing that resonates with our audience. Someone with an eye for aesthetics, who is able to build and strengthen the connection between the pulse of our brand and the emotions of our customers through creative projects. This is perfect for a go-getter who not only loves the creative process of branding, but is a rockstar at bringing a creative vision to life, and derives a deep sense of satisfaction from getting multiple long-term projects over the line on time or early. Responsibilities



Creating, maintaining, and executing a marketing calendar (social content, email campaigns, press releases, PR, sponsorships, etc). Managing exciting merchandise drops and releases. Mapping out our digital customer journey and optimizing every touchpoint. Providing creative direction and leadership to the executive team as well as with individual franchise owners. Planning and executing consistent marketing shoots/campaigns that are aligned with our brand playbook, and build customer engagement Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with executive team + franchise locations to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, products, and services. Oversee the design, production, and usage of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity. Wear many hats as a content generator, copy writer, social media manager, creative coordinator, graphic designer, and many others. Work with other creatives as needed, from designers to photographer/videographers. Present concepts and designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine ideas while maintaining the original vision. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements



Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is helpful Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly. Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong priority management. A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Able to coordinate with various suppliers for brand related materials like t-shirts, sauna hats, merchandise, and general branding materials. Ability to identify opportunities and capitalize on trends and seasonal events. Bonus points if you already incorporate hot/cold cycling into your lifestyle.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the helm of an open-ended creative endeavour, which is to help grow and develop our fast growing wellness brand. Reach new audiences, deepen connections with existing audiences, and add layers to our identity.

Compensation: Starting at $40/hr, with the possibility of becoming a FT role as we grow together and see a track record of your success and good judgment

Marketing Manager will have access to company resources to execute projects with the support of external contractors, budget TBD.

Expected hours: Up to 25 hours/week to start
