We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Signage Coordinator to provide on-site client support to the marketing team across creative development, content proofing, schedules, delivery, and store installation. This position will also focus on the customer experience by evolving signage strategies with function and form, event in a box, and competitive audits to support best in class customer experience. It will leverage internal programs to streamline processes and improve cross functional communication. This position will work out of the client office in Montreal.   • Support the Marketing Execution\xe2\x80\x99s department initiatives with the planning, execution and tracking of marketing programs such as in-store/retail, vendor promotional programs, etc.
  • Lead end to end promotional signage process including briefing, creation, quality control, proofing, printing, shipping, communications and any signage follow up that may arise after a promotional signage launch.
  • Schedule marketing team meetings, draft agendas and communicate follow ups to understand objectives and requirements for signage support
  • Collaborate with our internal team and cross departments to align programs, promotional periods, signage, etc. to drive sales and revenues.
    • This will include leading the organization of the data from internal teams to ensure all signage is communicated by deadlines; including the quality control of the overall promotional signage brief ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Lead external printer relationship for signage including core signage at site, promotional signage, program signage and new signage; from creation to quality control all the way to in store execution.
    • Project manage multiple print jobs efficiently and simultaneously to ensure on time delivery, quality control and accuracy of information including work back schedules and quote review and tracking
    • Quality control of images for signage; including the quality of the image (checking for cropping, right pixels, etc.) organizing and control of all images received, reporting missing images and following up with stakeholders to ensure we have all images collected by the appropriate deadlines.
    • Help to ensure signage created aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates marketing messaging
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing and promotional programs.
  • Support Signage Lead by working with district/area managers and field merchandisers to achieve marketing compliance across all stores.
  • Manage signage catalogues, transport improvements, reduce the number of versions, finding recommendations for efficiency and stay up to date with trends/technologies to provide recommendations and improvements to marketing efforts
  • Assisting the Promotional and Signage Lead in any signage or promotional crisis management or unforeseen issues related to signage and will promptly handle in a professional manner.

When your expertise drives us.

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role in retail, signage, advertising agency and/or similar industry
    • Previous retail, sales, signage or project management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to easily build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. A great communicator with the ability to build and foster relationships as well as collaborate within the team.
  • Pro-active problem solver that takes initiative to improve process and communication looking for ways to optimize spend and resources.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines. Being detail oriented and organized is imperative.
  • Positive attitude and an openness to change, you will need to be flexible as changes or shifts in signage can happen.
  • Project Management skills would be an asset
