The Role:

This is not a sit-and-wait role. You'll be on the frontlines -- calling, connecting, converting, and creating. Your job is to bring the energy that inspires people to take the leap and start their Canadian journey with us.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

Cold calling & warm follow-ups -- turning curiosity into consultations. Engaging with inbound leads (calls, DMs, emails, walk-ins). Launching creative content ideas -- short videos, client stories, and offers. Collaborating on

digital ads & local outreach campaigns

. Tracking results, celebrating wins, and levelling up weekly. Working hand-in-hand with our RCICs and admin team to onboard new clients seamlessly. Building lasting relationships -- not just transactions.

Experience in sales, marketing, or immigration is a plus -- attitude is the real key.

$18-$25/hour (based on experience) + commissions & bonuses.

Schedule

Monday to Friday (in-office) Occasional weekends for shoots, events, or campaigns
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
