As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Home Vision Solutions--guiding clients through our offerings, understanding their lifestyle needs, and delivering tailored smart home solutions that elevate their living experience. Description of Duties:
Engage with high-end residential clients, builders, and designers to present smart home solutions
Conduct on-site consultations and showroom demonstrations (Control4, lighting, AV, security)
Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop customized proposals
Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up
Stay current on product innovations
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting
Produce visually impactful and technically informative materials to support collaboration with designer and builder
Qualifications:
Proven experience in luxury sales, AV integration, or smart home technology
Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and design
Strong communication and emotional intelligence--able to connect with clients and translate technical features into lifestyle benefit
Familiarity with Control 4 or similar system is a strong asset
Electrical knowledge (e.g., wiring diagrams, panel layouts, lighting control system) is a strong asset
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Existing network of designer, architect, or luxury homeowners
