Job Overview


We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative

to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have strong

Responsibilities



Develop and implement

marketing campaigns

to promote products and services Generate and

qualify leads

through outreach, networking, and digital channels Conduct

sales presentations and product demonstrations

for potential clients Manage and maintain

customer relationships

using CRM tools Collaborate with the marketing team on

promotional strategies, content creation, and brand awareness

Meet or exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Track and analyze

campaign and sales performance

, providing insights and reports Represent the company at

trade shows, events, and conferences


Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Communications

, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience

in marketing, sales, or business development (B2B or B2C) Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency with

digital marketing tools

(social media, email marketing, Google Ads) Experience using

CRM systems

Self-motivated, goal-oriented

, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
