We\'ve been growing and expanding, and now we\'re looking for someone to join our team and help us across all our verticals on our marketing, communications, sales, and creative strategies and management. We\'re looking for a Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Creative Manager who can lead our company\'s marketing, communications, and creative efforts and manage projects and our overall operations. We want someone who\'s passionate about bringing ideas to life and has a strong background in marketing, communications, creative design, and project management. We\'re looking for someone who can be a true leader and bring a team player attitude to our organization. We\'re looking for a dynamic individual who can develop and implement marketing, sales, and communication strategies, create impactful marketing and branding materials, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.   • Lead the development and implementation of the company\'s overall marketing and communications strategy, including planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and measuring results
  • Oversee the creative design and development of all marketing materials, including print and digital collateral, presentations, and advertising, ensuring that they align with the company\'s brand standards and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing and communications initiatives and projects
  • Manage and oversee the company\'s projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously assess and improve marketing and communications tactics and processes
  • Mentor and manage a team of marketing, communications, and creative professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed
  • Ensure that the company\'s website and other digital platforms are maintained and updated in a timely manner, and that they effectively reflect the company\'s brand and messaging
  • Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies, including media relations, press releases, and employee communications, to build the company\'s reputation and reach target audiences
  • Develop and maintain company and project PR strategies, including crisis communication plans, media relations, and reputation management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer engagement programs and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform marketing and communications strategies and tactics
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends, and develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services
  • Manage the company\'s public relations and event marketing efforts, including developing and executing event strategies, managing event logistics, and coordinating with event partners and vendors
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to reach target audiences and drive business results
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company\'s overall sales strategy, including the design and execution of sales campaigns, lead generation activities, and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to develop sales tools and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company\'s products and services, and support the sales process.
  • Game + Kit Design \xe2\x80\x93 Qualifying games, Creating packaging, Working with factories
  • Trade show Coordination \xe2\x80\x93 Organizing and planning booth, Sales participation if needed
  • Customer Service \xe2\x80\x93 Inbound calls, Support to customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, creative design, and project management
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong sense of style and creative graphic design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and manage a team of professionals and bring out the best in others
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, Microsoft Office and website management, creation a bonus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the workplace
  • Must be able to travel to the US for trade shows
