What You Will Be Doing:

CoreLogic is looking for a passionate and confident Experiential Event Marketing Manager responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and executing all aspects of virtual and face-to-face experiences. From strategy to execution - including defining the experience, content requirements, coordination of internal and external speaker talent, owning key elements such as establishing event objectives, managing creative aspects, storytelling planning, deployment, and analysis (including return on event metrics), etc. This leader will be responsible for bringing the event to life, working closely with business, product, sales, and marketing leaders. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with each business unit, designing physical and virtual events that reinforce the CoreLogic Protect brand, strengthen our market positioning, drive client engagement, and enhance relationships that deliver revenue.

We are looking for someone who loves events and conferences (even if they are virtual). You have a passion for driving the narrative and can influence key stakeholders. You are business-driven, have extensive event planning experience, and can handle the daily details with big-picture thinking to ensure unique and meaningful experiences.

This role is full-time and can be worked remotely or in one of our office locations. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and would have approx. 15-25% of required travel.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, marketing partners, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute short and long-term event strategies, budgets, roadmaps, and communication plans.
  • Develop and deploy a complete marketing roadmap for flagship events, including digital marketing, sales collateral, and creative messaging across all client touchpoints.
  • Research and produce industry-leading conferences, including recruiting and confirming internal and external speakers for the event.
  • Extensive experience with trade shows, conceptualizing booths, and managing booth vendor relationships end to end.
  • Responsible for completing and managing event strategy plans, proposals, recommendations, and outside vendor statements of work and contracts.
  • Coordinate and lead kick-off meetings, vendor meetings, and team meetings.
  • Work directly with content owners and creatives to help structure, build, and manage presentations and own final changes.
  • Oversee production and technical aspects - from virtual event platforms to streaming partners to all production requirements.
  • Create a run of show, manage and lead rehearsals and act as show caller for event days to ensure all parties are prepared for success.
  • Manage communications with presenters and hosts to ensure they have the correct equipment (mic, camera), test internet connectivity, and liaise with management to procure equipment as needed.
  • Work with Creative, Audio-Visual, Platform & Streaming (both internal and external) partners to negotiate prices and establish solutions and timelines.
  • Source compelling and engaging networking and entertainment options.
  • Develop and manage event support, including event staffing and coverage assignments.
  • Research recent industry events and conferences, monitor best practices, and make recommendations.
  • Manage all budget and related financial responsibilities and provide detailed post-show expense reporting.
  • Lead post-mortem analysis and recommendations for future event improvement
  • Manage master show list, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Job Qualifications:
  • You have 7+ years of relevant experience in event management and production experience (exhibit booth, event design, and strategy experience needed) and marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Significant experience in creating an integrated event plan and successfully delivering dozens of experiences that meet/exceed marketing objectives.
  • They are highly organized with substantial event experience and experiential design of tradeshows and virtual events.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills.
  • A proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge.
  • Ability to work well independently but know when to escalate.
  • Exceptional understanding of production, best practices, and best-in-class partners.
  • Experience in storytelling or scripting.
  • Experience working with AV teams and virtual events platforms.
  • Effective communication (written and oral), organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership with demonstrated ability to establish credibility among peers and senior management and recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.
  • Solid analytical skills and decision-making capabilities coupled with sound judgment and the ability to learn, recognize, and support what's best for the business.
  • High standards of accuracy with extraordinary attention to detail; high degree of quality orientation; ability to manage data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent project management skills, a keen sense of urgency, and a high commitment to customer service are required.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment and am comfortable with ambiguity (and tight deadlines).
  • Collaborative work style; ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Experience managing budgets and expense tracking.
  • Proficiency with event management systems and video streaming channels (e.g. YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live.)
The anticipated salary range for this position in Canada is $95K- $110K CAD annually. Additional benefits can be found here: Qualifications, location and experience of the individual ultimately selected for the position may impact the final actual offered compensation, which may vary from this range.
