Position Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing

Sales Ambassador

to help grow our presence across Markham and surrounding communities. If you love connecting with people, organizing events, and representing a trusted brand that delivers heart-centered home care, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Drive New Intakes & Client Leads by actively selling Nurse Next Door's services across assigned territories. Generate Revenue through strategic canvassing, cold outreach, and referrals with measurable weekly/monthly targets. Establish Referral Pipelines with physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, physiotherapists, law firms, retirement homes, and community leaders. Represent Our Brand at health fairs, local festivals, hospitals, seniors' centers, expos, and outreach events. Coordinate Local Events (e.g., vendor booths, fundraisers, car convoys, etc.) to increase exposure and generate leads. Distribute Marketing Materials (flyers, brochures, business cards) in high-traffic businesses, residential zones, and medical centers. Track Your Progress - Keep a detailed outreach and sales log, track ROI on marketing activities, and report results to leadership weekly. Collaborate with care team to ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to intake.

What We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you enjoy talking to people and building rapport quickly. Positive, professional, and outgoing personality. Self-motivated, organized, and reliable. Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license (required). Comfortable working independently and occasionally on evenings/weekends during events. Marketing and sales experience is a strong asset
