Position Summary:

We are searching for an energetic, personable

Sales Ambassador

to help strengthen our visibility in Chatham-Kent and nearby communities. If you enjoy meeting people, hosting events, and representing a nationally recognized brand that provides compassionate home care, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Drive New Intakes & Leads by actively promoting Nurse Next Door's services in your assigned area. Increase Revenue through direct sales, canvassing, cold outreach, and referral generation with clear weekly/monthly goals. Build Referral Networks with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, legal offices, physiotherapists, retirement homes, and community organizations. Represent Our Brand at local events such as expos, health fairs, seniors' centers, community festivals, and hospital outreach. Plan & Coordinate Events (vendor booths, car convoys, fundraisers, etc.) to expand visibility and attract potential clients. Distribute Marketing Collateral (brochures, flyers, business cards) in key neighborhoods, businesses, and healthcare hubs. Track Performance by maintaining outreach logs, measuring ROI on campaigns, and reporting outcomes to leadership weekly. Partner with Care Teams to ensure seamless transitions from inquiries to active intakes.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you're comfortable engaging with people and earning trust quickly. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Highly motivated, dependable, and well-organized. Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license. Willingness to work independently, with flexibility for some evenings/weekends during events. Sales or marketing experience is a strong asset.
