ROLE:
Sales of flooring products and accessories to a specific customer category. Manage regular and/or commercial and/or project accounts. Develop new stream of customer base and establish high-level relationship with their accounts. Provide complete order fulfillment service to ensure objectives are met while exceeding customer expectations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sale of products; provide customers with price, availability, and delivery date.
Make follow-up calls to turn inquiries into orders to meet sales objectives.
Provide an order fulfillment service with respect to order entry, production planning, inventory management, shipping, invoicing, and handling customer complaints, to ensure customers' needs are met in terms of quality, service, and on-time delivery.
Maintain strong customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction through regular telephone communication.
Provide superior customer service
Update price list, stock list
Develop and sell programs to his accounts and ensure upmost information accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years' experience in Sales or Customer Service
Accurate and Attentive to Detail
Dependable/Reliable/Adaptable with excellent Judgement
Professionalism, highly productive, ability to learn quickly
Analytical, Computer/Microsoft proficient
High Initiative and Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
