implementation of marketing campaigns aligned with the New U\xe2\x80\x99s image, perceived values, and objectives in the most cost-effective manner.Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create a Network funnel and develop a directory within the professional network;
2. Organize professional events for clinicians within local communities on a monthly basis or as requested by the company.
3. Organize, manage, and communicate with vendors for existing professional conferences, summits, and events for the company\xe2\x80\x99s attendance or sponsorship. Setting up booths and coordinating marketing materials with the marketing department and vendors;
4. Research ongoing professional development and conferences, events, and summits for the marketing and community outreach team and plan to outreach schedules and marketing campaigns;
5. Researches and analyzes market trends, demographics, pricing, competition, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies;
6. Evaluate the financial aspects such as marketing budget, expenditures, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections;
7. Works within budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product;
8. Attend mandatory company meetings and events in person as needed;
9. Fly to scheduled and approved events to complete the organization of the events as needed;
10. Developing and executing marketing campaigns: You will be responsible for creating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, social media, traditional advertising, PR, and events;
11. Managing marketing projects: You will oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, plan timelines and budgets, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget; Coordinating all marketing team activities and projects and ensuring the timely completion of tasks based on the company\xe2\x80\x99s operational plan and vision.
12. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and design to ensure that all marketing strategies align with the overall business objectives;
13. Conducting market research and analysis: You will need to identify trends, analyze customer data, and conduct market research in order to develop effective marketing campaigns;
14. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance: You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing data and producing reports on key performance indicators;
15. Managing vendor relationships: You will work with external vendors such as creative agencies, printers, and event planners to ensure that all marketing deliverables meet quality standards;
16. Manages the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand portfolio in terms of brand image to maximize the leverage both in sales and consumer brand perception;
17. Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
18.
