Reporting to the Program Marketing Specialist, the Program Marketing Coordinator, will provide support on all promotional and marketing initiatives at NAPA Auto Parts Canada. This person will be working with both the Retail Experience as well as the Marketing Program teams on various projects and promotional activities focused on store operations; including but not limited to Retail Flyer coordination, On Air and Digital Display programs, store communications and Retail Program coordination. The Program Marketing Coordinator will have to comply with tight deadlines and interact with suppliers, following up to ensure deliverables. This person will also work on ensure data for promotions are communicated to suppliers accurately. To be successful in this position, the candidate will require a great sense of organization and structure as they will be working with overlapping projects and suppliers. Qualifications
To join our team, you need:

  • College or Cegep level Diploma
  • Bilingual EN/FR, as they will be working on national programs
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Excellent organization skills and keen eye for detail
  • Above-average time management and high sense of urgency
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in independent and group settings
