Become part of our team of more than 19.000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!Work alongside the VP of Marketing & PR on a variety of initiatives including Public Relations (internal and external communication), fashion editorial, influencer marketing, special events, branding, retail and wholesale marketing, CRM Campaigning and reporting.What you can expect:Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Manage Store support for Directly Operated Stores (DOS), Outlets, Concession Shops, and wholesale accounts. Including events (ie. NSL, Experience Week), capsule launches, special packaging, Give-aways,
  • Work closely with Mall Marketing to post seasonal campaigns on Mall Websites, Mall social media and Newsletters to Mall Database
  • Implement Retail Advertising strategy for DOS and manage the budget that supports it. Manage all agency briefs and creative delivery to relevant stakeholders.
  • CRM: Create drive-to-store campaigns for end consumer communications, including newsletters and SMS. Work closely with the campaigning team to manage calendar and creative approvals.
  • Manage and maintain press collections, editorial requests and sample tracking.
  • Order seasonal items for product placement for xe2x80x9cred carpetsxe2x80x9d and budget accordingly.
  • Evaluate and track media value and consolidate monthly editorial and event clipping reports (Launchmetrics & Cision
  • Create Briefs and reports including but not limited to: Quarterly Reports, Seasonal Campaign reports and Event Reports, weekly Trade presentations
  • Create Monthly Marketing Newsletter for dissemination to internal stakeholders
  • Manage on-line media program with HQ and confirm product availability in market and on-line.
  • Organizing and implementing the following: press events, store openings and major corporate events. For example, Formula One, Toronto International Film Festival, Legacy Awards.
  • Responsible for ordering and managing Marketing materials (ie. packaging, GWP) and the budget for these items.
  • Marketing Accounts Payable: Manage, track and code invoices for accounts payable
  • Influencer Marketing: Support brand partnerships with content for social amplification. Liaise with HQ and legal on contracts, and reporting. Manage product seeding and gifting.
  • Develop relationships with key media, stylists, and industry insiders. Maintain media database.
  • Cross functional with all departments, Retail, VM, Wholesale, Distribution Centre, Merchandising & Ecomm
  • Principal relationships/key contacts are VP Marketing & PR, Managing Director, Visual Merchandising Team, VP of Retail, VP of Operations and Dir. Wholesale along with Regional Managers in Canada. HUGO BOSS AG teams of Trade Marketing, PR, Influencer Marketing, Sports Marketing, and GCE (CRM)
  • A deep understanding of the intersection of Fashion, art, culture, and commerce, with the ability to translate brand aspirations to end consumers, media and influencers alike.
Your profile:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related.
  • 3 xe2x80x93 5 years Brand or Retail Marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, organizational skills, proactive, collaborative, team player
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver responsibilities within required deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Power Point. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Familiar with Launchmetrics platforms, influencer tracking tools (Lefty, Creator IQ)
  • Visionary sense of fashion and awareness of current trends
  • French Language, written and oral is an asset.
  • Travel: within Canada and abroad.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends for Fashion shows, events and product launches.
