Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:

• Build, test, and execute marketing campaigns with precision across multiple platforms
• Leverage project management software to track and document campaign request updates
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
• Assist internal teams with campaign-related questions and issues in real time
• Provide campaign analysis and recommendations for campaign optimization

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
• Experience building campaign assets and programs from inception to completion (e.g., emails, landing pages/forms, list imports, webinars)
• Strong competency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred, but other systems include Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot)
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Asana)
