Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute an integrated HubSpot marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and sales goals.
Define and report on KPIs including lead generation, content performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and SEO rankings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and ensure a consistent go-to-market approach.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across all marketing activities.
HubSpot Marketing Automation & CRM Operations
Serve as the HubSpot power user, managing workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign tracking.
Integrate HubSpot with other marketing and sales systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate attribution.
Build and optimize nurturing sequences, email drip campaigns, and lead lifecycle stages to accelerate MQL-to-SQL conversion.
Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and analytics dashboards for transparency and efficiency.
Demand Generation
Design and execute multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns across paid search, organic, email, and social.
Use HubSpot analytics to measure campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
Continuously test and iterate to improve audience targeting, messaging, and channel performance.
Content Strategy, Sales Collateral & SEO
Lead the content marketing strategy ensuring consistent production of high-quality assets such as blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and email sequences.
Develop and produce tailored sales collateral for each key vertical -- including industry-specific one-pagers, pitch decks, battle cards, and case studies -- in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
Oversee SEO optimization efforts including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO tactics to drive organic visitor growth.
Drive customer review initiatives to strengthen brand credibility and social proof.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content aligns with messaging frameworks and target personas.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards to monitor funnel performance, attribution, and campaign results.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership, identifying key trends and areas for optimization.

5+ years of marketing leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Advanced HubSpot expertise -- including workflow design, list segmentation, automation, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
Proven success managing inbound marketing, SEO, and content-driven lead generation.
Strong analytical skills with experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and attribution modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into clear, compelling messaging.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS models.
Background in content marketing, SEO strategy, or copywriting.
