As a Product Marketing Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in helping us scale and streamline how we bring products to market. You'll design and manage the systems, tools, and processes that power our product marketing efforts--driving efficiency, clarity, and alignment across teams. From campaign automation to sales enablement infrastructure, you'll build the operational backbone that supports great strategy and execution.
This role follows a hybrid schedule. We require team members to be in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our office is located in downtown Vancouver, and we believe this balance fosters strong collaboration while supporting flexibility.

As a Product Marketing Operations Lead, you will...
Build and maintain scalable marketing operations systems that improve speed, visibility, and alignment across go-to-market teams
Build automations & agents that remove manual work (APIs/webhooks, n8n/Make/Zapier, low-code, plus Python/TypeScript where needed).
Develop and manage internal tooling, automation, and documentation that streamline workflows, from campaign planning to content delivery
Collaborate closely with Product and Growth teams to ensure operational readiness for product launches and strategic initiatives
Use AI tools and low-code/no-code platforms to prototype, test, and roll out automations that reduce friction and manual work
Support the development of sales enablement assets, training materials, and messaging frameworks
Shape product positioning and messaging to ensure our solutions resonate with the market, translating technical features into clear value propositions
Travel within Canada and the U.S. (approximately 10% of the time)
About You ?
5+ years of product marketing, marketing operations experience
Understanding of marketing systems, automation tools, and operational best practices. You enjoy building processes that drive clarity and streamline execution
Experience in a SaaS environment. comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, startup culture
Fluency with automation platforms (n8n/Make/Zapier) and building via APIs/webhooks; comfortable writing lightweight code when it's the right tool.
Practical experience with LLM-powered workflows.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
It will be considered a plus if you have:
Experience with process automation and scaling marketing operations
Familiarity with tools like N8N, Claude Code, Zapier or similar systems
Background in enterprise SaaS or B2G (Business-to-Government) sectors
