The Marketing Operations Data Lead oversees the data management solutions for the marketing operations team; which, in turn, enables marketing across the organization.
The Data Lead will work collaboratively with internal business partners to understand project requirements as needed. With requirements established, they implement both the processes and systems required to fulfill on these requirements within our marketing technology software applications.
More broadly, this role will act as the organization's subject matter expert for data management in a marketing technology setting, advising marketing and analytics teams as needed.
The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Design and develop data storage models and pipelines to flow data from source to activation within marketing technology applications
Monitor and report on compliance with all relevant privacy policies (ie. CASL)
Influence design of customer marketing programs through guidance on optimal data activation strategies
