This position reports to the Director, Marketing or designate, and with the guidance and support of the Marketing Officer Team Lead, the position is responsible for planning, development and implementation of strategic marketing and communications initiatives to prospective students and other target audiences. The incumbent focuses on the College\xe2\x80\x99s lead generation/conversion programs and measures the program\'s success by student enrolment.
The incumbent will assist in identifying the marketing needs of stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the College\xe2\x80\x99s overarching strategic plan and recruitment objectives. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining statistical data related to tracking and conversion for the effectiveness of marketing programs through lead generation, lead qualification and College enrolment data.
The incumbent must develop and maintain strong relationships with College stakeholders, clients and vendors and ensures that established best practices, branding guidelines and AODA compliance are deployed to provide exceptional project management and service. This position requires significant interaction with Department Chairs/Managers, Program Coordinators, the Registrar\xe2\x80\x99s Office and college services.
The incumbent is the main point of contact for the coordination of various committee and departmental meetings, including the recording of minutes, ensuring all documents are properly categorized, organized according to requirements and agenda topic.
The incumbent supports and participates in various retention projects during key points in the year: including, but not limited to, Intercept, Program Orientation and Academic Advising.
