POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Position Available
SALARY: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
POSITION LOCATION: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

DUTIES
Reporting to the Manager, Business Development Marketing, the Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, coordinating and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the College's goals. The position works to support various schools, institutes, and departments by working with diverse teams to build strong, strategic fundamentals and effective plans, coordinate the execution of marketing activities with internal and external teams, efficiently leverage existing resources, and measure results to provide continuous improvement and sustainable growth
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in marketing, communications, or business with a focus in marketing
• Several years of relevant marketing work experience - an approved equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• Experience auditing marketing operations and developing and executing effective strategic traditional and digital marketing plans, based on researching and understanding audience and market needs
• Proven success with digital marketing campaigns, including email, social (paid and organic), programmatic ads, display ads, text ads, and SEO
• Experience marketing to B2C and B2B audiences in Manitoba
• Experience with email marketing platforms (i.e. Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including managing and segmenting audiences and creating and scheduling targeted emails
• Experience navigating and understanding Google Analytics and creating reports using tools such as Google Looker Studio, with a proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience with WordPress and CRM platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing persuasive ad copy and crafting compelling stories and narratives
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to effectively work independently and work and communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with in-person and virtual event marketing
• Strong design thinking with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
• This position may be required to work overtime
• May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
