Marketing & Nutrition Coordinator Scope: Egg Farmers of Canada (EFC) is seeking a Marketing and Nutrition Coordinator to join the Marketing & Nutrition team in a fast-paced, challenging, and exciting work environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related administrative role with customer service component. The Marketing and Nutrition Coordinator supports the execution of various consumer marketing and nutrition programs and provides administrative support to the Marketing and Nutrition Department. Reporting to the Marketing and Nutrition Director, this role also provides support to the provincial egg boards through resource development, funding programs and information dissemination. This position also maintains the integrity and awareness of the Egg Quality Assurance (EQA) brand and contributes to the analysis and mobilization of consumer data reports, trends, and research. Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative support
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and planning requirements
Develop, format and distribute presentations and reports from meetings, workshops, and conferences; verifying the information from both internal and external sources
Organize meetings for the Marketing and Nutrition unit including bookings, locations, AV requirements, catering, etc. This may extend to other units as needed.
Participate in, and record minutes from, committee meetings, workshops and various other meetings, as needed
Book travel and accommodations for the Marketing and Nutrition unit. This may extend to other staff, directors, and stakeholders as needed.
Assist in management of the unit budget by generating reports and verifying information
Manage all expenses for the Marketing and Nutrition unit and other staff as needed
Work closely with the Finance unit and outside suppliers to create, process, and close purchase orders to manage tracking, budget management, and review of quarterly variance reports
Data management and mobilization
Format Nielsen sales data and IPSOS FSM sales data for reporting and distribution purposes and Tableau dashboard integration
Track market trends, consumer behavior and demographics, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the development and continual improvement of data reporting, environmental scanning, analysis, forecasting, and presentations
Perform maintenance and updates to various SharePoint sites, websites, and online stores
Stakeholder engagement
Manage and oversee provincial funding programs in reviewing opportunities, applications, and evaluation
Execute plan and tactics to maintain the integrity and the awareness of the Egg Quality Assurance (EQA) brand
Support community partnerships in managing agreements, tracking redemption, and document management
Manage the maintenance and development of internal tools, including the CRM directory, online Shopify store, warehouse management system, and SharePoint intranet sites
Respond to stakeholder inquiries including consumer, health professionals, and industry stakeholders. This may require performing internal and external research for the purpose of formulating accurate responses.
Manage warehouse and office inventory of print resources and promotional items, including sourcing vendors and materials, negotiating pricing, approving design and final production, and coordinating shipping
Oversee logistics for events, partnerships, and conferences including space requirements, staffing needs, booth set-up, materials, etc.

Qualifications/Skills:
Thorough knowledge of tools, processes and approaches related to office administration
Knowledge of data management, analysis and reporting
Knowledge of marketing, media and social media trends
Knowledge of print production and promotional items
Strong command of various data analytics and software applications (Microsoft Office, social and digital media platforms, Nielsen, IPSOS, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Great Plains)
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
Education and Experience:
University Degree or College Diploma with a focus in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related administrative role with customer service component
Fluently bilingual, with ability to proofread in English and French is considered a strong asset
