To be successful in this role, candidates should be entrepreneurial in their approach to marketing and be able to manage, mentor, and inspire team members. This individual should be creatively driven and highly organized, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must. Additionally, demonstrated proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office and related education or training is required. Previous experience in professional writing, social media, and content management systems would be assets. Essential Position Requirements As a Marketing Manager for Cypher, you must be an adaptable, self-motivated, high-energy person with a strong work ethic and a coachable attitude. You must be a highly personable individual with strong communication and writing skills, charisma, as well as the ability to take on special projects upon request. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently as well as in a team setting while remaining accountable to company directives and strategic initiatives. Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

• Post -secondary education in a related field

• Highly skilled at and capable of writing valuable and compelling content

• In-depth understanding of social media principles and advertising strategy

• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe).

• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and desire to learn and seek new ideas.

• Demonstrated ability to complete all tasks with keen attention to detail.

• Capable of marketing design work

• Understanding of marketing design work

• If required, able to travel domestically.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to sell ideas across various audiences

Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage, write, and post website/social media content \xc2\xb7 Liaise with 3rd party brand positioning agency \xc2\xb7 Liaise with 3rd party marketing and social media companies \xc2\xb7 Write social media content, manage posting schedule and track marketing KPIs and ROIs \xc2\xb7 Assist with the development of advertising promotions and potential marketing strategies \xc2\xb7 Assist with planning of charitable and promotional company events \xc2\xb7 Management of company branding and promotional assets \xc2\xb7 Input and assist Cypher to meet growth targets. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate strength in obtaining results through a clear focus on goals and accountability, communications, and knowledge of the business. \xc2\xb7 Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the oversight, development and implementation of the marketing plans, taking into consideration budget estimates, objectives, and corporate initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement throughout the organization and work closely with leadership to implement. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintains professional relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners, including the management of relationships with Cypher distributors. \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain a positive company culture that supports employee participation. \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned.
