We are looking for a
Marketing Manager
who doesn't just run campaigns but
lives and breathes our brand
. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited about scaling a franchise system across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy (online and offline).
Build and manage a marketing team, including offshore/remote resources.
Align marketing initiatives with franchise growth goals and brand standards.
Report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance directly to leadership.
2. Digital & Paid Media
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Oversee SEO, paid search, retargeting, and organic social campaigns.
Ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and lead flow to the franchise development team.
3. CRM & Automation
Strong experience with
Go High Level (GHL)
or similar CRM/automation platforms.
Build automated workflows, drip campaigns, and sales pipelines that support both franchise sales and local franchise marketing.
4. Offline Marketing
Support trade shows, home shows, and local franchise-level marketing initiatives.
Develop print campaigns, flyers, direct mail, and community partnerships.
5. Funnels & Growth Marketing
Build and optimize funnels for lead generation and franchise development.
Experience with
Russell Brunson-style funnel strategies
and/or
Alex Hormozi's frameworks
is a major asset.
Innovate with new approaches to capture leads, build community presence, and enhance conversion.
6. Brand & Content
Maintain and grow brand consistency across all channels.
Oversee content creation (website, social media, email campaigns, PR).
Champion the Vivid Vision and ensure it comes alive in marketing execution.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of proven success
in both digital and traditional marketing.
Track record
of delivering measurable marketing results is more important than years on paper.
Experience in
franchise marketing
or multi-location brands preferred.
Background in
building and managing offshore/remote teams
is a strong asset.
Demonstrated ability to
build and execute funnels
and manage
Go High Level CRM systems
.
