Salary:

$75 000 to $85 000

Your mission:

Lead the strategic direction of Scandinave Spa Whistler's marketing efforts



Develop and manage the annual marketing plan for the spa, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget in collaboration with the General Manager and accounting department. Develop advertising campaigns, promotions, and communication tools for both digital and traditional media. Supervise and support the professional development of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, recommend improvements, and evaluate return on investment. Supervise lead generation, management, and reporting of group sales opportunities and bookings. Establish the annual calendar for all marketing initiatives. Gather and analyze guest feedback and needs to support marketing initiatives. In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, ensure content creation and editing for our social media platforms, website, newsletter, blog, and advertisements. Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and suppliers. Identify sponsorship opportunities and coordinate experiential marketing activations. Work closely with the national marketing team and other spa location managers to share expertise, align initiatives, and contribute to the success of group-wide projects.

What we are looking for



University degree in Marketing, Communication or other related field; Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience; Perfect command of English (oral and written) and French, an asset; Minimum of one year of experience in personnel management (team of 1 person); Ability to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns; Ability to manage and create cross-platform content; Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, social media, and data management; * Knowledge of the spa, hospitality or tourism industry, an asset.
