Your primary focus will be to establish and manage marketing leads programs to drive growth across our Custom Homes and Residential Smart Building business models.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll identify opportunities within TELUS\xe2\x80\x99 large ecosystem of customer-facing teams as well as with external partners and vendors to drive leads and conversions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll attend industry events and trade shows to get to know the market better. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with our marketing, pricing and product teams to promote targeted offers through campaigns and communication. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the sales\xe2\x80\x99 teams and agencies to track and measure results in order to test and refine campaigns to deliver maximum ROI.

Here\'s how
  • Manage the relationship with our leads and sales partners
  • Help the channel meet and exceed assigned targets for conversions, profitable sales volume, cost of acquisition, leakage/churn, customer experience, and other strategic objectives assigned to the channel
  • Work with partners to identify key opportunities, develop incentive programs and build accurate sales forecasts
  • Manage intake issues/challenges brought forward by channels, and develop and evaluate potential options that solve the issue, before implementing the ideal one
  • Educate partners on new products, pricing, competitive activity and other programs as required
  • Solicit feedback from partners, sales teams and other individuals in order to better enable sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Support the creation of effective training materials, go-to-market messaging and the execution of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Report on performance, achievements and assigned metrics; conduct monthly business reviews and regularly share results with partners and key internal stakeholders
  • Manage related budget, expenses, cost of acquisition, partner contracts, negotiations and compensation



Qualifications



You\'re the missing piece of the puzzle
  • Experience in sales, channel or campaign management
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to execute and support digital marketing campaigns and drive results
  • Team player \xe2\x80\x93 always willing to do what is best for the business
  • Able to build relationships and engage effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new industry, company, product or technical knowledge and effectively convey that knowledge to customers
  • Ability to successfully manage projects and resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Great-to-haves:
  • Proficiency working with digital advertising platforms like (not limited to): Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. Previous experience with SEM and/or SEO is preferred
  • Analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience working with analytics software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, and Domo and/or sales software such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge and experience in the home automation and security industry and its end-to-end operations
  • Project management experience
