This includes competitive wages and opportunities for advancement which is why a career with us is an investment in your future.KEY TASKSThe requirements listed below are representative, but not all inclusive, of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.QUALIFICATIONS: Efficient, Intelligent, Open-Minded, willing to learn & take Instructions Tech Savvy & experience with photography and Videography Knowledge with Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint Experienced with Facebook campaigns, Dropbox Experience in Advertising/Media, such as website updates Diploma in Marketing is considered an Asset. 2 years of experience requiredJOB RESPONSIBILITES: Support the development of campaigns and program marketing plans with clearly defined goals, objectives, target audience, marketing mediums, and performance metrics. Plan and coordinate execution of campaigns by determining the creative direction for all advertising and communications while ensuring compliance with the RCDSO Guidelines. Liaise with external partners to create digital and print marketing materials, including but not limited to, banner ads, pay-per-click, and email campaigns. Manage website and develop website content. Develop and track posts and communications across all social media communities. Coordinate and execute joint promotional events, activities, and publicity strategies for internal and external opportunities such as information charity events, speaking engagements and professional conferences. Create, Manage, Track analyze the marketing budget to ensure that proper spend, forecasting, reconciling, and allocating of expenditures are aligned. Develop an annual marketing plan, strategies, tactics, and resources necessary to achieve business goals. Create brand awareness and generate leads through by developing new marketing programs, campaigns, and strategies. Manage end-to-end content creation for all channels radio and social media platforms. Manage a variety of marketing resources, including creative content, media, and public relations Assist with developing and managing the Customer Experience framework, strategizing the consumer process and journey and monitoring KPIs related to customer experience (NPS) to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience. Adhere to all RCDSO guidelines. Work with third party companies to create marketing campaigns (radios stations, local companies etc). Assisting with creating internal training content and video materials.Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per weekAdditional pay:
