We are seeking a dynamic and innovative

Marketing Manager

to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive brand growth. Responsibilities



Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales across digital platforms. Manage e-commerce channels, ensuring optimal product presentation, SEO optimization, and user experience enhancements. Oversee social media campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to target key audiences effectively. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing initiatives. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI. Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and automation workflows. Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates. Design creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite for digital campaigns and promotional materials. Maintain and update website content using WordPress and basic HTML coding as needed. Budget planning and management for marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effective results. Track campaign performance metrics regularly and prepare reports for senior management.

Experience



Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, sales strategies, and product management processes. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding, and email marketing platforms. Demonstrated ability to research market trends and analyze data to inform strategic decisions. Experience managing budgets for large-scale marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI optimization. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and user engagement metrics. Pay: $47,780.30-$103,786.38 per year
