We are a dynamic, growing, highly litigation-focused law firm dedicated to delivering results-driven representation for corporate, high-net worth, and institutional clients. Our success is built on agility, depth of knowledge, and a culture of high performance.


We are currently seeking a

Marketing Manager / Executive

who is ready to take on full ownership of the firm's marketing and business development engine.


This role will perfectly suit for a performance-player who is keen working at their own initiative, loves taking ownership and is not afraid of aggressive growth, but also truly values accountability at the same time as well.

About the Role:



This is not a support role. This is a leadership opportunity for a

self-directedand

strategically mindedmarketing performance professional who thrives under measurable

KPIs and metrics, values autonomy, and understands how to build credibility and trust in a legal services environment.


This role will require role-specific, industry-relevant knowledge and experience, with an expectations that the right individual will come in with a proven track record playbook to start implementing necessary changes required; however, obviously not losing existing traction of things in place to maintain business continuity in the meantime.

Rigorous onboarding will be provided at the onset of this engagement with an introduction into Company's systems, marketing infrastructure, Corporate plans, tools and mechanisms in place. However, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of all aspects of the firm's marketing strategies and efforts in the future.

You'll be expected to produce tangible results in lead generation & digital presence, brand visibility, and client engagement -- all while adhering to the professionalism required of a litigation firm.

Key Responsibilities:



Own and manage KPIs and weekly performance dashboards (lead gen, conversion rates, campaign ROI, etc.) Maintain robust marketing systems in place Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads), web presence, and content pipeline. Oversee off-line marketing and business development activities Develop, calibrate and execute firm's annual marketing strategy, aligned with Company's growth and strategic goals. Implement and refine marketing system workflows, processes and procedures. Collaborate with senior leadership, staff, marketing vendors on client acquisition and retention campaigns. Plan, attend, and lead firm-sponsored events, seminars and strategic networking opportunities. Monitor budget, vendors, and external partners with a focus on performance ROI / ROAS Create and present monthly reports with actionable insights for management. Hire necessary vendors and partners to collaborate together with.

We're Looking for Someone Who:



Can operate independently with no handholding. Able to get "boots on the ground" swiftly without excessive strategy building (e.g. for 5-10 years in the future) Has an up-to-date stack of skills and tools required to perform in a modern AI-toolbox and marketing tech environment, or understands how to work with relevant vendors Can clearly strategize, defend and communicate strategies to be used, - as well as be responsible for the end result. Delivers consistently high output across channels, campaigns, and reporting. Understands how to create, maintain and restructure marketing infrastructure Pays obsessive attention to detail -- nothing gets missed or glossed over. Is data-driven and thrives in fast-paced, results-first environments. Thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to pitch contrarian or unconventional marketing ideas. Combines creativity with a maniacal focus on execution and deadlines. Understands (or can quickly learn) legal marketing constraints and compliance standards. Is as comfortable writing compelling copy, story, argument, - as well as analyzing campaign ROI and lead quality. Creative and open-minded to deliver compelling, effective and aesthetically appealing creative materials. Can collaborate effectively with Leadership Team and other staff as well Brings energy, integrity, and ambition to every task, every week.


Qualifications:





4-8+ years of marketing experience

in a high-output, performance-driven environment.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in the legal industry

, preferably within a litigation-focused firm (this role does will not be suitable to individuals who have minimal industry-relevant knowledge and experience, and does not imply training from scratch) Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns tied to

lead generation metrics

and measurable ROI. Strong understanding of

SEO, PPC, offline business development, referral network creation/maintenance

, analytics dashboards, and CRM platforms. Experience working directly with

software developers, PR agencies, media professionals, influencers

, and other content production vendors. Excellent

written communication

and

project management

skills, with a strong sense of ownership. Demonstrated experience in

developing corporate client relationships

and navigating

government tenders or public-sector marketing

. Practical knowledge in building, maintaining, and optimizing

sales funnels

for professional services. Obsession demonstration about

quality, attention to detail, consistent output

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (

MBA or relevant digital certifications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time Salary: starting $80,000-$150,000+ per year (Fixed / Performance-based / Profit-sharing) Additional Benefits:
